2. Kapsam

Bu koşullar, AMPP Türkiye Chapter tarafından düzenlenen “Korozyon, Katodik Koruma ve Koruyucu Kaplamalar Buluşması” etkinliğinin katılım biletleri için geçerlidir.

3. Katılımcının iptal talebi

Katılımcının yazılı iptal bildiriminin Coatek’e ulaştığı zamana göre aşağıdaki ticari iade koşulları uygulanır:

• 8 Ekim 2026 saat 09.00 ve öncesinde ulaşan bildirimlerde ödenen bilet bedelinin tamamı iade edilir. Etkinlik başlangıcına tam 30 gün kalması bu kapsamdadır.

• 8 Ekim 2026 saat 09.00’dan sonra, ancak 5 Kasım 2026 saat 09.00’dan önce ulaşan bildirimlerde ödenen bilet bedelinin %50’si iade edilir.

• 5 Kasım 2026 saat 09.00 ve sonrasında ulaşan bildirimlerde ticari iptal kapsamında iade yapılmaz. Etkinlik başlangıcına tam 48 saat kalması bu kapsamdadır.

Sürelerin hesabında bildirimin Coatek’e ulaştığı an esas alınır. Coatek’in bildirime daha sonra yanıt vermesi, talebin ulaşma tarihini değiştirmez.

Bilet başka bir kişinin adına devredilemez. Etkinliğe katılmamak, tek başına bu ticari politika kapsamında ilave bir iade veya başka bir etkinliğe aktarım hakkı oluşturmaz.

Tüketicinin kanundan doğan hakları saklıdır.

4. Etkinliğin iptali veya ertelenmesi

Etkinlik Coatek tarafından iptal edilirse ödenen bilet bedelinin tamamı iade edilir. Katılımcının alternatif bir etkinliği veya tarihi kabul etmesi, tam iade hakkının ön koşulu değildir.

Etkinlik ertelenirse mevcut bilet yeni tarih için geçerli olur. Yeni tarihi kabul etmeyen katılımcı, yazılı başvuruyla ödenen bilet bedelinin tamamının iadesini isteyebilir. Katılımcı yeni tarihi kabul etmeye zorlanamaz.

5. Başvuru ve iade işlemleri

İptal, erteleme ve iade talepleri; katılımcının adı ve soyadı, sipariş numarası ve ödemenin eşleştirilmesini sağlayacak bilgilerle turkiye@amppchapter.org adresine iletilebilir. Kanunen geçerli diğer bildirim yöntemleri saklıdır.

Başvuruda kart şifresi, CVV veya tam kart numarası gönderilmemelidir.

Kanuni cayma veya diğer emredici haklar kapsamında yapılacak iadeler, mevzuatın gerektirdiği süre ve yöntemle gerçekleştirilir. Diğer iadelerde uygulanacak işlem yöntemi ve tamamlanma süresi, başvuruya verilen yazılı yanıtta bildirilir.

6. Kanuni hakların korunması

Bu koşullar Coatek’in ek ticari iptal ve iade politikasını düzenler.

Alıcının tüketici olduğu işlemlerde uygulanabilir kanuni cayma hakkı, ayıplı hizmetten doğan haklar ve diğer emredici haklar saklıdır. Bu politika, söz konusu hakları sınırlandıracak veya ortadan kaldıracak şekilde yorumlanamaz.

Etkinliğin belirli bir tarihte yapılması, bu metin aracılığıyla tek başına bütün kanuni hakların kaldırıldığı anlamına gelmez.

7. AMPP ile ilişkinin açıklanması

Türkiye Chapter, AMPP’den ayrı ve bağımsız bir tüzel kişiliktir; AMPP’yi ve tarafların ilgili bağlı kuruluşlarını bağlama veya yükümlülük altına sokma hak ve yetkisi bulunmaz.

2. Scope

This policy applies to tickets for the “Corrosion, Cathodic Protection and Protective Coatings Gathering” organized by AMPP Türkiye Chapter.

Start time: 09:00
Venue: Wyndham Ankara, Yaşam Caddesi 4. Sokak No:4, 06530 Ankara, Türkiye
Price per participant: TRY 6,000 including VAT
Included services: Event admission and lunch

All times in this policy are Türkiye local time.

3. Cancellation by the participant

The commercial refund depends on when Coatek receives the participant’s written cancellation notice:

• Notices received at or before 09:00 on 8 October 2026 qualify for a full refund of the ticket price paid. This includes the exact point 30 days before the event starts.

• Notices received after 09:00 on 8 October 2026 and before 09:00 on 5 November 2026 qualify for a refund of 50% of the ticket price paid.

• Notices received at or after 09:00 on 5 November 2026 do not qualify for a refund under this commercial cancellation policy. This includes the exact point 48 hours before the event starts.

The time Coatek receives the notice determines the deadline. A later response from Coatek does not change the time of receipt.

Tickets cannot be transferred to another person. Non-attendance alone does not create an additional commercial refund entitlement or a right to transfer the booking to another event.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Cancellation or postponement of the event

If Coatek cancels the event, the full ticket price paid will be refunded. Accepting an alternative event or date is not a condition for receiving that refund.

If the event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date. A participant who does not accept the new date may request a full refund in writing. Participants cannot be required to accept the new date.

5. Requests and refund processing

Cancellation, postponement and refund requests may be sent to turkiye@amppchapter.org, identifying the participant, order number and information sufficient to match the payment. Other legally valid notification methods remain available.

Do not send a card PIN, CVV or complete card number.

Refunds arising from statutory withdrawal or other mandatory rights are processed within the period and using the method required by law. For other refunds, the processing method and completion period will be stated in Coatek’s written response.

6. Protection of statutory rights

These terms describe Coatek’s additional commercial cancellation and refund policy.

Where the buyer is a consumer, applicable statutory withdrawal rights, rights concerning defective services and other mandatory rights remain unaffected. This policy cannot be interpreted as restricting or removing those rights.

The fact that the event takes place on a specified date does not, through this policy alone, remove all statutory rights.

7. Relationship with AMPP

Turkiye Chapter is a legal entity separate and distinct from, and has no right or power to bind or obligate, AMPP, and their respective affiliates.
